Bartley Construction is a Texas based company, but they seamlessly performed numerous jobs for me, literally coast to coast across the country. Their bid pricing was almost always the most economical and you got top notch performance. They were also excellent, helping to refine scopes of work that would actually lower overall costs. Personally, and professionally, they made my life so much easier, with timely and on budget renovations. If I had not retired, I certainly would still be working with Bartley Construction."
